What we're about
Made to make people smile, our homemade sauces are packed with heat, flavour and character.
We are based in Hever, the home of Hever Castle, Anne Boleyn's old residence....given my wife's love of Hillary Mantel, we couldn't resist the Tudor theme.
How it started
I've always been a lover of spice. I began making chilli sauces for friends and family each Christmas alongside my other guilty pleasure...pickled onions. The chilli sauces always went down well (the pickled onions did not...), so I got a bit carried away and here I am!
